S. Farzad Maroufi is MD, MPH, MHPE from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He has been involved in neurosurgery research for the past 7 years. He currently serves as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University, under the supervision of Dr Mark Luciano. His interests are hydrocephalus, neuro oncology, and spine oncology and my current research is focused on improving hydrocephalus outcomes following shunting.
