Niall Buckley completed his neurological surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. While in residency, his research primarily focused on systems based care of patients with traumatic brain injury, as well as spinal outcomes research. Currently, he serves as a clinical fellow in Complex and Minimally Spinal Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, under the guidance of Drs. Lee Tan and Praveen Mummaneni. As a fellow, his research focuses on clinical outcomes of spinal surgery with particular attention to randomly invasive and innovative procedures.
