Lauren Corliss is a third-year medical student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with interests in neuro-oncology and spine surgery. Her research spans multiple areas of neurosurgical care, including spinal cord injury systems of care and triage, spine metastasis, brain tumor biology, and outcomes research aimed at improving perioperative decision-making and recovery. She is especially interested in work that connects mechanisms of disease with clinically meaningful endpoints.
