    Dr. Ivan is the Director of Skull Base Surgery at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. He also acts as the Clinical Director of Neuro-Oncology at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and Director of Research at the University of Miami Brain Tumor Institute. He is the Principal Investigator of the Ivan Brain Tumor Invasion Lab which focuses on invasion and migration of brain tumor stem cells. He also researches technology and innovation in neurosurgery including connectomics, augmented reality, wearable devices, AI and 3D imaging.
