Prateek Dullur, BS BA, is a third-year medical student at Carle Illinois College of Medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and a Bachelor of Arts in music from Case Western Reserve University, along with minors in computer science and Artificial Intelligence. Subsequently, he conducted research at the Cleveland Clinic, where he collaborated with research into the use of deep brain stimulation as a therapeutic approach for stroke recovery, contributing to work at the interface of neuromodulation and functional restoration.
His academic and clinical interests are centered on functional and stereotactic neurosurgery, with particular emphasis on peripheral nerve stimulation, surgical navigation, and neuromodulation. He is especially interested in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance precision and improve patient outcomes in neurosurgical care.
