Cindy Li is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Duke University with majors in Neuroscience and Dance. After her undergraduate studies, Cindy spent five years as a clinical research professional, leading operations of Phase I-IV trials in a variety of clinical settings, as well as national, multi-center natural history databases and biospecimen repositories. As a medical student, she continued to explore her passion for Clinical Neuroscience and movement through research in Parkinson's Disease, which ultimately led to her interest in a career in Neurosurgery. Her current research under the mentorship of Dr. Corbett Wilkinson, a pediatric neurosurgeon at Children's Hospital Colorado, focuses on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of craniofacial disorders.
