Joshua Benton completed his undergraduate studies at Bowdoin College, majoring in biochemistry and minoringpolitical science, graduating with honors. He subsequently attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing a dedicated clinical research year focused on spine surgery. He graduated in 2021 with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He is currently a 5th year neurosurgery resident at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He plans to pursue postgraduate fellowship training in Functional Neurosurgery.
