Neurosurgery Resident
Baylor College of Medicine
I am a sixth year neurosurgery resident at Baylor College of Medicine in my hometown of Houston, Texas. I live with my wife, Cassie, and our dog, Charlie. During my training I have developed a keen interest in neurosurgical oncology, tumor biology, and the complexity of taking care of cancer patients. My primary academic interest is in the development of cellular therapies for glioblastoma with the hope of circumventing or resisting the immunosuppressive microenvironment of this malignancy. I love working with younger residents and medical students, and I aim to pursue an academic tumor job once I am done with training. Outside of work, I enjoy weightlifting, sailing, and playing guitar.
