I was trained in medicine at the University of Chicago, in Neurosurgery at University of Pennsylvania and in pediatric neurosurgery at Boston children's. I also performed a fellowship at NIH in neurosurgery. I was Director of pediatric neurosurgery at the Cleveland clinic for over 20 years performing general pediatric neurosurgery. I hold her PhD from Tulane University in Anatomy and physiology. My academic research efforts have been primarily experimental and clinical work in Hydrocephalus and CSF disorders and in Chiari Malformations, I've been actively involved in the training of students, residence, clinical and research fellows and masters and PhD research candidates.
