T. Jayde Nail, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery with clinical and academic expertise in neurotrauma and neurocritical care. Dr. Nail serves as Director of Neurotrauma and Surgical Director of the Neurointensive Care Unit, where she oversees the multidisciplinary management of critically ill neurosurgical patients, including traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, and other acute neurologic emergencies.
In addition to clinical leadership, Dr. Nail is actively involved in graduate medical education as an Assistant Program Director, contributing to the training and mentorship of neurosurgery residents and interdisciplinary critical care teams. Dr. Nail’s academic interests include advancing evidence-based neurotrauma care, improving neurocritical care systems, and developing educational initiatives for trainees and healthcare professionals.
