Dr Arthur is the James T. Robertson Professor and Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center and Semmes-Murphey Clinic, one of the largest and busiest neurosurgical practices in the country. His individual practice is focused on comprehensive treatment for patients with cerebrovascular disease. Dr Arthur has led several large multicenter clinical trials focused on new treatments for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients and is commited to providing exceptional training for residents and fellows.
